My doctor says that the ear fullness is just part of the migraine continuum and that I probably have some damage. It helps if I take an Allegra/Allergy or Nasonex so I do this on occasion. It must, in some way, relieve the pressure because those drugs do not reach the inner ear like a Benedryl (first level antihistamine that crosses the brain barrier) would. I only have this (and hearing loss and tinnitus) in one ear but some days it is unbearable. What have your doctors suggested?
