I need other hay fever and allergy treatment options.? I have hay fever, food, drug and skin allergies. I need more options. I also have idiopathic reactive hypoglycemia.

I went through allergy testing about a month ago. Found outI I was allergic to many outside allergens. I started getting allergy shots 3 weeks ago. It takes quite a while to see any relief from the shots but in the long run it has helped many people. 
I am seeing a doctor that specializes in holistic medicine. He uses an allergy elimination technique similar to NAET (naet.com/). Since going I have been cleared of some of my seasonal allergies as well as my sensitivity to yeast. It might be worth looking into.
