I liked it but I have to say it got my anxiety up, I always feel triggered when I read about MAV sufferers who’ve had it for a long time. 18 years 😰
And yet somewhere deep in me I know that I would be able to cope and live with vertigo, like this person; I know that I would eventually get used to it and reach acceptance. And that depresses me 😭

Don’t be depressed. We all have our challenges. Ours is MAV. My first bad enough to show up at the hospital MAV experience was about 20 years ago. Does MAV impact my life? Yes, obviously. Does it stop me from otherwise having a great life? I don’t let it.

Do not get depressed. If you start thinking you can live with the worst case scenario then anything which is better than that is gravy. You might conquer MAV way sooner than 18 years. The blog post was meant to show even if it stayed with you, it is a nuisance and you can lead a full life.
