BOOK: Victory Over Vestibular Migraine: The ACTION Plan for Healing & Getting Your Life Back

That would be fantastic!

I like your idea with the body’s resilience. I imagine that it gets lower as we age.

You’ve made this point already in this Topic? What’s the point of bringing it up again a few posts down? Please don’t repeat yourself.

Everyone is welcome to their own personal theories about what caused MAV for them (check!), or causes it for others potentially too (check, check!), but let’s be careful not to be overbearing? Interjection when appropriate is fine, but please don’t get into unnecessary repetition?

@turnitaround I further explained it and you were just talking about how our bodies resilience decreases as we age, well I made a further point that l-glutamine is necessary for body resilience and how it also decreases as we age. I was simply building off what you said and whay I was saying and how they are connected.

Saying the bodies resilience decreases as we age is nice and all but doesn’t provide anyway why or how it does or whay we can do about it so why the observation without sustenance.

I am trying to start a conversation… I guess we can move that to a new thread then and delete the second and third post of mine here if you so choose
I was already moderated by even beginning to talk about l-glutamine by being restricted to level II research theory thread and well how can I start a conversation if hardly anyone has ever even heard of l-glutamine, leaky or anything else, it’s not like they go out of their way to look for it. They, like I didn’t, don’t even know anything about it.

I found l-glutamine all on my own after years of suffering basically without help from any one on and thread or message board because no one talked about it. If it’s really that rare of a thing then I will back off but from the sounds of it there are quite of few migrainuers out there that can benefit from it and deserve to hear about it. If you want me to not talk about it on your platform send me a PM. I am not trying to be trouble, just trying to talk.

We both have strong opinions on the potential sources of the issue, but we must be careful not to be over-bearing and take things off topic.

Your original comment was fine (if predictable  - don’t worry I’m sure I’m predictable too!), but you probably should have left it there unless you get full engagement from others (in which case we have tools to move the entire sub-discussion).

Yes, please keep on topic and elaborate on your diet stuff in its own topic.

I’ll tidy this Topic up shortly and leave your original Post here.

That is understandable. I would leave the second message too though since I do talk more about what you were and trying to connect the two, that is how progress is made.

Has anyone here saw dr. Beh via telehealth?
