Can someone describe part 1&2 of the ENG?

Regarding bending forward, I have never had a problem with that direction, only standing back up, I can’t always tell when I am up straight and keep going until I fall backwards. Now, leaning backwards, looking up, or laying on my back on the other hand are big no-no’s for me, and have been to a lesser extent all of my life. The closest problem that I have with forward is doing pushups, I can lay on my belly all day long if I wanted to, but let me do twenty pushups, and I come up trying to hold my lunch down.

The day this all started for me, I spent the night at the hospital when my wife was trying not to have our first son two month premature. I slept on this chair that folded out into a bed, with a built in pillow. I normally sleep with a very thin pillow and this thing was about 5 times thicker than what I call normal. I woke up the next morning with a horible kink in my neck that took a few years to get rid of. I also started hearing things garbled in the ear as the same side as the kink. About a week after that, the tinnitus started up, and kept getting worse to the point I couldn’t hear out of that ear after about a month. I didn’t start expereincing any dizzyness or balance problems for about another two months after that. From that point, things just slowly kept getting worse except for the hearing (that got better) until I finally got an MAV diagnoses and started the meds. I was in the middle of an 18 month long dizzy spell that finally came to an end whithin a couple of weeks of starting the migraine meds.
