Does anyone NOT have routine sleep as a trigger?

I know that both the Migraine Brain and Heal Your Headache books and the info from Dr’s on this board emphasize how routine sleep is a must for migrainers. I am just wondering if this is NOT a trigger for anyone.

Is there anyone on the board they can change their pattern of sleeping without triggering anything?

yup sleep does not impact my symptoms- though I am not on a good med to control things. i wonder if i was then i would realize triggers such as lack of sleep- my days pretty much all look the same regardless of sleep.
