I have just been Dx’d w/Vestibular Migraine in Boston at Mass Eye & Ear. My symptoms now make sense. I may also have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome & have been pursuing a low histamine diet and atenolol (beta blocker) which are both helping my VM a lot! Still learning my triggers & avoiding medications at this point. Have you tried diet changes? Suggest “Heal Your Headache -1-2-3 Program” book by Dr. David Buchholz MD. Also, “The Dizzy Cook” cookbook written by VM sufferer. Also, my otoneurologist suggested that I NOT do vestibular rehab exercises unless I can do them consistently 3X per day - which I cannot do. Indeed when I do a occasional VR exercise it tends to stir up my dizziness.
