Hi:
My sister is a Nurse and she gave me all this interesting information and tips that some of the doctors do for people with vertigo. It turns out that one doctor prescribes a Elasto-Gel Cranial Cap. I guess you wear it at night and you can make it cold or hot. My sister informed me that she knows people that have actually benefited from it and some people work around the house with it on. Has anyone tried it?

I was so happy to see this post. I always try to put ice on my head and neck when the swaying and neck stiffness get bad and my husband and I were commenting the other night that here has to be something like this. Ice cubes just don’t mold to your head. I just ordered one. I will let you know how it works.
