Hi all. First relapse since I got this last September. So scary and so dark. I have really taken the oat months of just dizziness for granted. I forgot what the actual spinning and not being able to move was. Any advice on going through a Relapse? My mind is just going to the worst places right now. How could I be relapsing whilst on Topamax, verapmil, Emgality and klonopin?! How long will it take to get better? I’m so so scared.
