Heads up:

Every brain-jolting cough is a solid building block for mind-boggling migraine. Every time I cough, now, the frame of my vision breaks off in jagged pieces and restores itself once I’m done hacking.

It is miserable!

I reduced my Ritalin dose back to the original dose in order to allow me to sleep in the afternoons. My worst day was yesterday. Amazingly, I woke up this morning feeling about 50% better, upped my meds back and have rejoined the ranks of the productive.

Meanwhile - the cough is driving me insane!!!

Glad you are feeling better and get some cough drops…and try a neti pot makes a world of difference to me.

Plus gargle with salt water three to four times a day.

Unlike the male faction of my family, I am unable to hork up the stuff that’s stuck in the back of my throat. Oh, I’ve tried. My nose isn’t stuffy - but thinking a Netti Pot is exactly what i need to ‘humidify’ the nasal passages and help this stuff down or out.

The netti pot will clean out the sinus passages and wash away some of the germs that are draining in the throat and keeping that cough going…I love mine would not leave home without it..oh I never leave home ..never mind!
