Super off topic (but it’s my party and I’ll cry if I etc) but…
Has anyone ever had successful treatment to repair or restore gums?
Long story short I got TMJ from psycho therapy exercises for MAV which caused me issues opening my mouth properly so neglected the dentist for just too long and damaged a small part of my gum (but not teeth, weird right?). I’ve had it all arrested now and jaw is fine but I’m left with a bit of soft tissue damage in a very small but obvious (to me at least!) spot.
Very embarrassing to type this really. I wish I had been a bit more brave with the TMJ.
I could go searching the web but I trust you lot!
maybe the gum is a little inflamed.
