It appears there are some areas of overlap between hemicrania continua and migraines. I haven’t read anything “official” that states patients with this condition experience dizziness. However, I’ve read various message boards where someone will occasionally say they have henicrania continua and dizziness and tinnitus. I’m wondering if anyone here has trialed indomethacin? It appears that response to this drug distinguishes the condition from migraines.
Since I experience unilateral head pressure, I’m going to ask my doctor about trying the indomethacin at some point down the road. Anyone else give it a go?
