I haven’t been around for awhile hope all is well. I have a question for you. I have noticed that the heat here in Ga. makes me worse. I wondered if anyone else has the same thing. I can’t go out for long otherwise I feel faint and dizzy could the heat make wav worse?

I notice that the heat makes me very weak unless I am at the pool then I’m ok cuz I can refresh in the water. Otherwise the heat just zaps me of energy. Also the brightness of the sun is too much for me to handle and I will either get a headache or if I am out too long a Migraine.
Hey Ladies,
Well, being here in hawaii I think is a major factor when it comes to Migraines. It has been ridiculously hot and humid here with no wind and I have had a low grade migraine for the last couple days (nothing I can’t handle!). Luckily no vertigo spells It doesn’t help that my monthly visitor is coming next week…I dread it because I know it is always a rough week when Aunt Flo comes!!
