Hispanic MAV diet?

I was dismayed when I learned that bananas and papayas and mangoes can be triggers, and was advised to stay off them until I’ve sorted out what triggers affect me aside from weather, lack of sleep and stress.

However, I will be surprised if a list of suspect foods prepared for gringos like me will tell me anything about guava, mamey, guanabana, &c.

Any leads to an MAV doc treating a Hispanic-population?
