This is not a migraine story but does highlight the impact of diet on one’s mental health if predisposed. It’s a good read. Keep in mind while you read it that he uses the use term “removing sugar” from his diet. This is so badly described and misinterpreted – that sugar is evil – when it’s most definitely not. I think if you looked at the foods he eliminated in his bid to avoid sugar, there would a have been a lot of refined carbs out and a lot of high fat junk removed as well, all replaced with fresher healthier choices.
A really nice ending. If only we could end this completely by just stopping alcohol and caffeine!
