Last night I decided to visit the pain therapy group that my pain specialist holds. It’s called mind/body training which is basically meditation and some techniques taken from Quigong. Anyways, my Doctor said that when dealing with a chronic condition, the treatment must be chronic as well, and most people do not want to except that. I feel that is so true in my personal experience in dealing with this uvl/mav crap, I have always been looking for a quick fix and always ended up disappointed when they fail. I think it’s time I started accepting that I must start thinking “chronic” when dealing with this condition. Anyways, meditation is something to look into if you guys haven’t already, it can’t hurt to try.
