Muscular tension and vertigo

Whenever i have a big vertigo attack, if i move my upper body while relaxing my muscles, i feel better after.

Also, when i have nausea or migraines or vertigo, my physiotherapist treats my D2-3-4 vertebre and it makes the nausea disappear and the migraines or vertigo better.

Has anyone noticed that?

Have not tried adjustments yet, but where in the back are these vertebra? I cannot find them are they maybe T - thoracic?
If it is, I have always had trouble with that part of my back.

Yes that’s it. D is in French… sorry!

No problem! Shines another light on this crazy mixed up ‘thing’ we deal with!!
