Hi all,
Every now and then I come back!
I started to do neuro training with a system called neuroptimal. I have done 8 sessions so far, you need about 10 to see some changes.
This is a form of dynamical neurofeedback that should train your brain to be his best self, no harm in trying!
So far I saw big changes on the anxiety, hope it will work on MAV.
