# New to site and needing advice on Effexor

Just visited a neurologist who specializes in PPPD and dizziness issues. Has prescribed Venlafaxine, 37.5 mg to start, then 75 mg once a day. Know some of you have used it and was hoping you might give me some tips, warnings, effects, etc. Thanks for your help!
