NOTE: All comments about display and editing personality are about an iPad Pro. Other platforms may perform differently.

It seems that a new update has been applied to the editor for the [mvertigo.com](http://mvertigo.com) site.

The new version makes it impossible for me to read some prompts since I use Dark Mode Theme. Some of the text in the prompt blends into the background and all I see is the OK button.

It also has changed the editing window, which is an improvement. Now the full width of the screen is used in default mode instead of half the screen. The editor also seems more responsive. There is still a huge lag time trying to select text. It’s as if the program has to load another kernel and before it can do that it has to identify which section of code it can offload to make room for the new kernel. This may be because my iPad is eight years old. Newer iPads may manage memory better and have little or no lag. When you make an edit, you apparently now must give a reason for the edit. Above the message box on the left side of the message title bar, is a box where you type in the reason. No reason, the change does not save.

That’s all I’ve notices so far, but I’m sure there’s more

Yes, was enabled.

I’ve now switched it off (refresh your browser) and will relay your feedback to those who built it.

It was supposed to be an upgrade. Appreciate the feedback.

There is a possibility it might be forced upon us, but let’s see what progress we can make with your feedback.

Eric - can you tell me what version of iOS you are running?

Did anyone else have any comments? (unfortunately it’s now switched off)
