So I have stopped eating wheat as Dr S and I thought it could be a possible trigger. At first I thought it was working and I started to feel better but now I have gone backwards slightly. I have replaced toast for breakfast with porridge. Could oats be a possible trigger and the reason why I have gone backwards?
I guess anything can be a trigger for an individual even if it isn’t one of the known or widely accepted migraine triggers. I guess we all have to hunt out our own triggers x
