I just found the cause of my vertigo last sat. It turns out l have a perforated ear drum. It this at all connected to MAV?

Would a perforated ear drum cause MAV? Maybe. @janb has one and she’s got MAV. I’ve a friend who had migraine, not MAV, started post partum/ended at menopause, and she never got dizzy neither did she develop MAV. I guess there needs to be a combination of factors including some sort of predisposition to migraine/MAV for it to develop and/or some other slight injury/abnormality eleaewhere in the vestibular system to perpetuate it.
