I find air pressure can be a trigger to my MAV, anyone else find changes in air pressure a trigger? Also weather changes can be a trigger.
Weather changes are a strong trigger for me. This has been a difficult Fall for me.

I don’t usually get headaches, but weather changes are one of the only things that will actually give me a headache along with the MAV.
