Hi Chris – Jen is spot on. The message sits in the outbox until the recipient opens it. In this way you know if they’ve read your message or not.

I have no idea how this site functions, crazy unorthodox and unnecessarily simplistic, so I have no idea if this is going to your inbox or not Chris, I read an old post by you in December of '08 about visual snow and throbbing pulsatile tinnitus.  
You said you underwent treatment for it and got better, I desperately need to know about that treatment, my doctors have been useless, and I need information.
