Wow MSDXD, your season changed? Well then perhaps it had nothing to do with the time of year at all but simply a cycle of migraine in its own realm, and just changed according to its own time? I know that when the pollen is out, I am a WRECK but my migraine symptoms last year were not worse as a result! So I am thinking that my latest slight set-back is just stress and piano. Gosh this condition is the worst isn’t it?? Joe said something to me on the phone other day and he is so right! He called this condition a slow death! He is so on the money! It just sucks the life out of you. But, I am getting along ok and I’m surviving. I think the key to this thing (in these times when a cure is not available) is simply to know what does you in, and avoid it. That’s about all you can do. I have fortunately identified most of what does me in. Still trying to work out a few things though
Rich by far the fall/Winter… This year especially as we have a lot of snow and a lot 10 degrees for a week then 40 degrees for a week…
But I also switched from Verapamil to a beta blocker to have another child so that could have an effect. I am switching back in a few weeks

Quick, unstable weather shifts and changes will do it. That’s a big trigger for me.
