New to the board, thanks for all the great info. Quick question for those taking Topamax do you take it twice a day or once a day and if once a day in the morning or at night? Thanks

Once a day, before bed, 75 mg.

At bedtime. But I need 200 mg.

Once per day at bedtime- 150mg

I take it twice a day. 50 mg in the morning and 200 mg at night.

My doctor is trying to help me decide which med is best to try first. He thinks verapamil would be good for me but Iā€™m not really sure. I have considered trying topamax. Have any of you had bad side effects from taking this? Also, has the MAV symptoms improved when taking it?
