Small Vertigo Episode lingers on with Symptoms

I don’t have episodic vertigo but I do have brief bouts of positional vertigo when getting up from lying down flat for an extended period. It’s always when getting up, never when lying down (or Dix-Hallpike maneuver, which also normally doesn’t cause any vertigo). Since I sleep with my head propped up I usually don’t notice it in the mornings. It lasts only a few seconds and doesn’t have any aftereffects for me.

I also have a left-sided tingling and pressure in my temple that comes on with exercise that seems different from the “uncomfortable energy and gnawing”. The tingling definitely feels weird but isn’t connected to any nausea or feeling of sickness. I’ve never tried massage for any of these symptoms. It might be worth it, though the most debilitating symptom is the nausea, along with the fatigue and the sense that I just want to sit somewhere completely motionless.
