Yes. My neurologist confirmed this with me today. I said “I felt great on my holiday to Bali - no symptoms at all! What does that tell you??” He threw his hands up in the air and said “A lot!”. He has presecribed ‘stress reduction’. He’s emailed me some pamphlets on some relaxation techniques. I’ll see if Scott can upload them or something.
