# Struggling with vestibular migrane :(

Hi all, I’m new here and I can see many of you are trialling pizotifen and under Dr Surenthiran. So I started getting these symptoms last year in October after a concussion. I saw a different neurologist and the combination of 10mg amitriptaline and 30mg atogepant worked 70% until it stopped working. Started seeing Dr S, I’ve been on pizotifen 4 weeks now and I don’t see any improvement as of yet. Is this normal? I also notice more dizziness maybe from the meds? I see some positive results with pizotifen, how long did this take to work? Also has anyone been able to drive again? I’m so upset about not being able to drive
