Hello everyone

I notice lately that the wording on my tv tend to flicker up and down esp if there is a white or light background behind the actual words. However when I put on my sunglasses the flickering is dramatically reduced. I am assuming the sunglasses blocks out the glare from the light or white background. Dark backgrounds and movies do not seem to be a issue.

Anyone else ever face this problem?
