Sorry to hear of your suffering. I was fortunate that the first med I tried worked for me, Amitriptiline. It did take quite some time to feel fully better, I got up to 40mg, and have been gradually reducing my dose. I do have flare ups when I reduce though, that last 2 to 3 months, then it settles. I hope you can find something thaf works for you.
