Tomatoes, Peas, and Mushrooms and other misc. food q's

I’ve been reading the book “Heal Your Headache” and they mention that tomatoes, peas, and mushrooms could be a migraine trigger for some people. How many of you avoid eating these? I’ve been trying to follow the diet pretty closely and have been avoiding these, but life would be much easier if I could have them!
Also, what is the consensus on boxed pasta, boxed cereal/s and Bisquick?

I don’t know about all of these, but I think the point of the migraine diet is to first be very very strict for like 1-3 months, then gradually add foods to see what you can and can’t eat. Everyone is different you know and some dont even have food triggers I guess.

I can eat peas no problem, mushrooms I avoid, and tomatoes I’ve just started reintroducing. I’ve noticed I have no problems with tomatoes on good or better days but on bad days they seem to push me over the top of my triggerload, so I’m a bit more cautious with them. I did avoid all three foods for a long time when I started the diet.
