Sorry to hear itās still bad.
I used to wonder if my symptoms of exhuastion were something other than just migraine.
A friend told me , depression can lead to physical things, such as weakness.
And with Mav depression can be a given.
In my experienceās over the past 18 years I know thatās just what it is, āMigraineā.
Iām sore all the time, joints legs that wont carry me, sleepy as hell.
My dad started having Migraine recently, aura and the whole shebang!, Dad has a very large Avm in his brain (inoperable 
I asked mum what his main symptoms were during migraine, she said the most bothering one was exhaution, after the migraine hit.
So Yeah ,I do believe migraine can screw with our whole bodies, energy ect:
