I am having my second big bout of vertigo. I am 72 years old so I’m really afraid to do much of anything because of fear of falling.
I went to Physical Therapy before and learned to do the Epley maneuver so I’m comfortable with doing it, but I don’t know how often I should do it. I only get dizzy when I look up or down or lie on my tight side.
Any info would be so appreciated,
Thank you.

Welcome to the forum. What have you been diagnosed with? Epley manoeuvre is not for PPPD? Does it really help? Did you mean BPPV?
