Has anyone discovered an uncommon trigger that are not on the typical migraine diets. I’ve seen different lists of food to avoid, some containing apples some wheat and gluten. I was just wondering if anyone figured out an unusual trigger, such as watermelon or say water and air(kidding).
Steve – how about getting up in the morning?
Seriously, if you read through Bernstein’s book and other literature, there is no limit to what constitutes a trigger. Everyone seems to have a unique fingerprint with overlap among migraineurs. Sometimes it’s very hard to work out because it may be a combination of things that pushes the buttons and not one thing in isolation.
