# Venlafaxine dosage

Hi hope someone could give me some advice. I’ve been taking venlafaxine and Nortriptaline now for 3-4 years. The venlafaxine worked fantastically well when I first started it. Was feeling almost normally after 3-4 weeks. Lately I have found some symptoms coming back. Only lightly but noticeable. Currently on 75mg venlafaxine and 75mg nortriptaline. Just wondering what doses people are on really?

I take 112.5mg of Venlafaxine daily, 75mg AM and 37.5mg PM. I use the prolonged release version which is better than the immediate release.
