# Vertigo migraine

I was wondering if anyone has these sympton and if anyone has found any help. Ear pain, off balance, nausa and blurred, cannot focus vision. No headaches, starts with the ear pain.

Hi there

I have had those symptoms - for me they are the sign of the vertigo coming and will usually be accompanied by a pressure in the head - perhaps between the ears, that tight knotty feeling behind the eyeballs.

The blurry vision can happen for 24 hours or so before I get a vertigo attack, and sometimes a migraine.

The difficulty for me is making a clear link between migraine and vertigo - I tend to get one follow the other - but not the extreme vertigo when I have what I know to be an aura or non aura migraine with pain.
