Hi,
I have not posted in a while but have been reading some of the posts lately and wanted to share that I am having the vertigo (room spinning) thing associated with migraine.
Usually, I get the vertigo without a headache but recently had a bad headache along with the vertigo. 
I’ve read that some meds offer help but with side effects. I suppose it is a decision one must make.
Getting diagnosis has been DIFFICULT. I just don’t know why.
