Hi everyone. I’m new here and glad to have found such a helpful site and community.

I spent five months being advised that my constant motion sickness was vestibular neuritis. Then VNG testing came back normal. I am now seeing a neurologist who suspects vestibular migraine.

She put me on nortriptyline, which was a revelation once I got up to 30mg. I’ve been able to return mostly to normal life for the past three weeks, although I haven’t been on a long drive yet. But I’m not 100 percent.

Walking or biking will sometimes give me a low level feeling of nausea. I can generally push through but it’s distracting.
