Long time Menieres sufferer, with bilateral hearing loss & tinnitus (15-20 years).

1 year into Vestibular Migraine diagnosis, after sudden chronic vertigo attacks with nystagmus (but not like the ones from the beginning of my Menieres journey) and daily dizziness.

Menopause kicked in properly a few months ago and the daily dizziness is now debilitating… trying HRT patches and Propranolol.
