Antibiotics

This question is for folks who follow the recommended diet, and are not, in addition, dairy-sensitive.

I’ve just started a 2-week stint of antibiotics. I haven’t done great on them in the past, so there’s a little trepidation about how my gut will handle it, but machs nicht. My question is this. Normally, meaning before the MAV DX, after completing the regimen, I’d eat some yogurt or drink some cultured buttermilk to restore normal intestinal flora. Given that the diet is nikulturni, have you found a safer alternative to accomplish this end?

Thanks, I’ll check it out. I’m a little nervous 'cause it’s kept refrigerated, which might mean a tyramine-rich substrate.
