Antihistamines

Thank you, Asli!! The 400mg CoQ10 and 400mg of magnesium glycinate at the evening seem to have helped. I want to find a natural solution if at all possible, but nort. (and gabapentin) are great too. I prefer gabapentin because of less sx. I definitely know that whenever I have coffee and/or MSG (in ā€œnatural flavorsā€ in the ingredients of stuff, as well as soy protein isolate), and chocolate, my migraine situation and dizziness gets worse.

I would love to cut out dairy and gluten both at some point too, and see if that helps anything, as I’ve read dairy and gluten intolerances can lead to light sensitivity, nerve issues, etc. I know what you mean about the lights at work though. I’m doing alright today but do have some pressure behind my eyes. It’s totally manageable right now thankfully. We’ll see if this lasts. I really hope so!

L-cartinine is also supposedly important for nerve health. I might look into that at higher doses to see if that helps too. xx
