My VM condition worsened at the beginning of January. Since then, if I lay down in bed, I get dizzy - so I have avoided the bed. Also, my latest VM “attack” made even leaning back slightly in my recliner cause some dizziness and nausea. In other words, my head needs to be vertical to minimize dizziness. Does anyone else experience this?
