Don’t catastrophize !! When you start to think about your condition in a negative way and try to think of reasons why you may never get better, STOP YOURSELF! Wake up and realise that you will get better, things will improve and the logic you are using is almost certainly flawed. Try to think of reasons why you will improve and get better instead. Think of all the evidence you have that suggests things will turn out good! Focus on the positive stuff. You’ll be surprised!

Your quality of life experience is your thoughts, so be careful when they go into negative territory and drag them out asap!
