Benzo comparison amounts

HI
I found this info handy since there are many on the board taking different benzos in varying amounts. Personally, the low, low dose of Klonopin is usually enough to make me comfortable. I take my .5mg tablet and cut into fourths. I take 1/4 in the am, and only if I have big plans at night do I add another 1/4. Otherwise, I keep it very low. I have no side effects at all. Klonopin is a long acting benzo, used an anticonvulsant for epileptics, and has no active metabolites after you take it. So it’s really clean. I didn’t have as good a response to Valium as some others have, but they are both used to help people taper of benzos like Ativan and Xanax, which are shorter acting, and therefore more addictive and I believe more up/down to the brain …Klonopin very smooth…no euphoria either, which some others have. I have no side effects at all from this low dose…no fatigue or anything.
