Camping/Fire

I’m ging camping next weekend for the first time since I’ve been dizzy. I’m slightly nervous about the tree lined paths and such, but the smell of burning logs is what my main concern is. HAs anyone had a dizzying interaction with campfire?
Thanks!
Sarah

Not with woodsmoke, no. Probably worth making sure no-one uses firelighters of some description though, personally, I get a nasty from those as they’re chemical. Same when some idiot friends of mine lit a bag of logs wrapped in plastic.

As for being outdoors, I actually find I get less dizzy being in a forest or field than I do in a supermarket / office / city in general. I think it’s because there’s less to have to process. But everyone’s symptoms and triggers are different.

I hope you have a great time and get to enjoy the healing embrace of nature

Camp fire dosnt make me more dizzy

Have A nice trip.

Thanks Weebie and Line!
You offer me some hope…I’m really hoping for the best : )
On a side note, I generally feel better when I am outside as well, unless I’m walking. I’m hoping for some much needed rest and relaxation!

Hello!

I just returned from a 4 day camping trip with my students, and it was fabulous! I was concerned about the hiking, smoke, etc. Everything was great! I think being out in nature really lifted my spirits, too, which everyone can use. Enjoy your trip!
Peace,
Jen

Thanks Jen!
I’ll report back after my trip…Here’s to hoping
