Cbt therapy

Does anybody have this? I think its amazing

I had it for a bit. I found psychotherapy very useful in general. We are particularly vulnerable mentally in the first few months of this condition and it definitely helped me cope.

The only problem I had was not with CBT but with the relaxation exercises. These included tensing each muscle group in turn for a few seconds, then relaxing. It was a great way to end up in a nap, lol. The main problem with this exercise was that it gave me TMJ … something that has taken over a year to improve! Be wary of tensing your jaw during this exercise … perhaps avoid it.
