Cervicogenic Headaches

Anyone know much about them or had them-- confused them with migraine?

Heather

I have read about cervical migraines before and they are one of the many things that “mimic” meniere’s desease and MAV. The symptoms are closer to MAV. The usual cause is from severe long term tension in the neck or some type of trama, such as a car accident. Something to do with compression of the vertabrae and disks in the neck. I have a cousin whose husband was in a car accident and is now experiencing this.

And it can’t be fixed with surgery?

I don’t know, I didn’t look into it that far.
