Hi all I’m on Zoloft 50 mg for VM, I’m down with a cough and cold (courtesy daycare lol) any idea what OTC meds I can take to clear the congestion and help with cough? Trying to reach my PCP but guess everyone’s out for July 4th, honey ginger steam has been helping some.

Cannot help I’m afraid. All I can suggest is you approach a Duty Pharmacist. They are usually far better informed about all drug matters than doctors anyway.

Hot fennel tea with honey always helps me.
Add a shot of bourbon and you have a good old southern cure for the cold. We call them Hot Toddies. Most of the rest of the world foregoes the tea, but in the south tea is a basic food group.
