COQ10 making me feel worse

So I started taking vitamin c and b complex and coincidence or not i started feeling a bit better.

I tried introducing 50mg of COQ10 on two separate occasions and both times after taking it for a day, my symptoms felt worse (well actually almost immediately after consuming).

I’m wondering if COQ10 is just not for me, or does anyone else have this experience and then benefited from sticking it out for a while?

I tried adding COQ10 into my supplement routine for an entire week in early to mid December and it gave me worse symptoms (lot of cluster headaches and imbalance even during the day). It was awful.
